She was predeceased by: her parents, Teddy Medley Blankenship and Finne Aslee Neal Blankenship; her husband Cleo Edward Riggs; her son Arthur; and her siblings, Nelson Blankenship, Robert C. Blankenship, William Blankenship, Edith Morehead and Jessie Blankenship.
She is survived by: her children, Harold "Buck" Riggs of Batesville, Gary Riggs (Rebecca) of Pfieffer, Robert Riggs of Cushman, Barbara Tims of Batesville, Brenda Schmitz of Missouri, Linda Reynolds (Joe) of Queen Creek, Belinda Burns of Batesville, Stephanie Stout of Batesville and Phyllis Riley (Tim) of Newark; her grandsons, Brandon Tims, Justin MacQuilkin, Allen Riggs and Charles Riggs; and her great grandchildren, Dalton Tims and Kailey Gordon. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; fifty-two great-grandchildren; eleven great-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
