It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Milligan of Batesville, Arkansas, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilby Coleman and Margie Coleman (Riley); her husband Bill Milligan; her daughter Barbara Jean; and her sister Minnie Nast.

She is survived by: her nephew Michael Nast (Glenda) of Pleasant Plains; and her close friend Kim Moore of Batesville.
