He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Ann Bruce; and his wife Olean Bruce. He is survived by: his children, William L. Bruce Jr. (Frances) of Sherwood and Judy Gail Toombs (Dan) of Maryville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Jennifer Glasgow (Clay) and David Bruce (Elizabeth) of Rogers; and his great grandchildren, Grace, Andrew, Claire, Luke, Isaac, Elizabeth Rose, Benjamin Glasgow, Lillie, Katherine, Philip and Laura Bruce. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family requests that memorials be made to West Baptist Church or to the Gideons.
