He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Briley and Daisey Briley (Rushing); his wife Ruby Briley; his siblings, Talmadge Briley, Richard Briley, Junior Briley, Louise Stewart, Jacqueline Taylor, Virgie Miller and Joy Briley; and his great-nephew Nicholas Thomas.
He is survived by: his son Tim Briley (Mary Ann) of Batesville; his grandchildren, Jason Briley (Penny), Shannon Briley, Anthony Murrell (Whitney) and Dustin Vernon (Chelcey); and his great grandchildren, Jacob Briley, Elijah Briley, Hunter Murrell, Grayson Murrell, Kaylynn Vernon, Hadley Vernon, Raylee Vernon and Brady Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
