He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Lee and Lilly Mae Elms Bishop; his wife Anna Jean Bishop; his son Larry Bishop; and his brothers, Bill Bishop, Melvin Bishop, Raymond Bishop and Jimmy Bishop.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Milligan (Donald) of Cave City; his siblings, Norman Bishop (Debria) of Cave City and Dorothy Treadway (Abby) of Batesville; his grandchildren, Megan Watson (Adam), Trint Milligan (Stephanie) and Dustin Bishop (Jesica); and his great grandchildren, MacKenzie Milligan, Kadence Milligan, Aubree Milligan, Jace Watson, Ryan Bishop and Anna Watson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
