He was predeceased by: his father Billy Everett McKinney. He is survived by: his mother Iva Mae McKinney (Page) of Hartman, Arkansas; his wife Joan McKinney (Long); his daughter Dr. Meredith McKinney of Fayetteville; his stepchildren, Shayne Gardner (Amanda) of Dallas, Texas and Leah Rice (Jacob) of Little Rock; his sisters, Debbie James (Joel) of Hartman and Cindy McCollum (Larry) of Russellville; his siblings-in-law, Mary Gardner (Jim Buchanan), June Drain (Wayne) and Cliff Long III; and his grandchildren, Cate, Amelia Rice, Jackson and Charlie Gardner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
