He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Bower Sr. and Mildred Burgess Bower; and his wife Carolyn Bower. He is survived by: his daughters, Millie Knatcal (Danny) of Marionville, Bobbi Boozer (Shannon) of Concord and Cyndi Brazil of Rogers; his sister Diana Hooten (Steve); his grandchildren, Daniel Knatcal, Whitney Street (Thomas), Chance Tucker (Ashley), Dakota Tucker, Eli Boozer, Colton Boozer, Mallory Capps, Sidney Archuleta and Shelby Anderson (Katie); and his great grandchildren, Connor Knatcal, Easton Street, Zoey Archuleta, Felix Anderson and Gracie Boozer. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
