She was predeceased by: her parents, Burnell Stephens and Retha Hall Stephens; her brother Fletcher Stephens; and her brother-in-law Andy Buschmann. She is survived by: her children, Terence James and Jinjer James-Green (Brian Green); and her siblings, Marilyn Buschmann and Charles Stephens. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Humane Society of Independence County or Central Avenue United Methodist Church.
