She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Winningham and Wanda Lee Pankey Winningham; her son Carson Davis; and her brother Tommy Winningham. She is survived by: her children, Ryan Story (Renea) of Batesville and Tonya Perrin of Cave City; and her siblings, Terry Winningham (Debbie) of Batesville and Brenda Cooper (Lester) of Providence. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
