He is survived by: his wife Carol Garcia; and his children, Anthony Garcia (Marianne), Darlene Klages (Bill), Donna Cinel (Scott) and Dawn Victory. He is also survived by six grandchildren, six great grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends.
