He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred (Carlson) and Russell Bridgewater Sr.; and his son James Alan Bridgewater. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Bridgewater (Kindred); his daughter Shirley; his son-in-law John McGee of Clinton, Missouri; his stepsons, Chris of Batesville, Curtis of Batesville and Clark Fitzpatrick of Batesville; his grandchildren, Eric Bridgewater, Bradley Bridgewater, Robert Chatham, Kelly Morriss, Jeremy McCoy, Katie McCoy and Jacob Wieting; and his stepgrandchildren, Dusty Fitzpatrick, Joyce Gray, Kelly McCarver, Curtis Fitzpatrick II and Corey Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by eighteen great-great-grandchildren; and one great granddaughter.
