She is survived by: her husband Raybourne Carter; her children, Raybourne Carter II of Batesville and Tabby Parker (John) of Pleasant Plains; her sister Sue Marlin of Batesville; and her granddaughter Kellie Emerson of Little Rock. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family requests in lieu of flowers memorials be made in the name of Ruby Carter to a charity of choice.
