He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Dale and Betty Smart Dale; and his wife Carolyn Dale. He is survived by: his children, Adam Dale (Tamara) and Aimee Dale; his pet Harley; his siblings, Ricky Dale, Bud Phillips and Rhonda Eason; and his grandchildren, Treasure, A'Ryan and Anthony.
