He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wallace and Ruth Wallace (Fair); and his siblings, Phyllis Hastings and Ricky Wallace. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Wallace of Batesville and Rita Davis (Branson) of Little Rock; his nephews, Dale Davis (Stephanie), Bruce Davis (Lesley) and Daniel Wallace (Tammy); and his niece Mary Banks (Chris).
