It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roba Lee Spooner of Batesville, Arkansas, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Bullard and Tressie Bullard; her husband Carl Spooner; and her brother Bill Bullard. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Barbara Bullard; and her nieces, Becky Caudel and Jan Spinks. She is also survived by children, but her brother's children and grandchildren.
