He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Manuel and Wilma Hamlett Manuel. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Tolleson (Manuel) and Sandy McGehee (John); his daughters, Elizabeth Branscum (Payton) and Jessica Windland (Bradley); his nephews, Shane Manuel, Eric and Robert McGehee; his grandchildren, Carley, Charlie Branscum, Kaiden and Adaleine Windland; and his uncle Ronnie Manuel (Margie). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
