She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Andrew Millspaugh and Reba Della Millspaugh (Pinkston); her husband Donald Ray Phillips; her daughter Kathy Phillips; her siblings, Billy Joe Millspaugh, Bonnie Millspaugh Blake and Carolyn Millspaugh; her grandson Cody Phillips; and her great grandchild Angel Isley.
She is survived by: her children, Bud Phillips of Batesville and Angela Parker (Gary) of Richmond, Texas; her brothers, Johnny Lee Millspaugh of Batesville and Paul Dean Millspaugh of Mountain Home; and her grandchildren, Summer Jennings, Aaron Brightwell, Jason Kourakis, Brandy Franks, Misty Campbell and Alyssa Downs. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; thirteen great-great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
