She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Cruze and Beulah Cruze; her siblings, Jack Cruze, Bari Cruze and Bedi Graves; and her close friend Karen Burns.
She is survived by: her husband James Lewis; her siblings, Cathy Hart (John) and Max Cruze (Trisha); her sister-in-law Linda Cruze; her children, Heather Schulman, Chuck McKinney, Chris Cruze (April) and Shane Lewis; her pet Pepper; and her grandson Logan Nagy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home (510 E College Ave, Batesville, AR 72501). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Egner Cemetery.
