She was predeceased by: her parents, George Leroy and Lucy Carmen Patterson Milligan; her husband Elmer Henry Isley; her children, Carol Jean Roach (Terry), Gary Isley and Mary Isley; her siblings, Owen Milligan, Virgil Milligan (Dick), Margaret Nell Milligan, Ruby Milligan Smith and Betty Milligan Duncan; and her great grandchild Charles Gunner Mason.
She is survived by: her son Rick Isley of Batesville; her brother Harry Milligan of Little Rock; her grandchildren, Chuck Mason (Alyce), Keith Mason (Patty), Gary Mason (Debbie) and Morgan Isley of Batesville; and her great grandchildren, Tea Mason of Batesville and Leksey Mason of Florida. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-great children; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
