He was predeceased by: his parents, R. E. Fowler and Wanda Beetle; and his brother James Elbert Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Fowler (Price); his children, David A. Fowler (Brandee) of Batesville and Jennifer Holcomb (Jason) of White Hall; and his siblings, Johnny Fowler (Dena) and Ulena Bradshaw (Russell) of Harrison. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Floral Baptist Church or Gideons International.
