She was predeceased by: her mother Estella Fry; her husband R. E. Melton (Buster); her son Bill Melton; her siblings, Orville, Leo, Austin Fry, Ruthel Pool, Alice Hensley and Miley Ward; and her great grandchild Amber Young.
She is survived by: her children, Gene Melton (Peggy) of Cord, Nedra Forester of Galt and Nina Porter of Wichita, Kansas; and her daughter-in-law Carolyn Melton of Newark. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 14 great great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
