She was predeceased by: her parents, William Staufer and Martha Ann Staufer of Moorefield; and her siblings, Rachel Gilbert, Myrl Griffin and Paul Staufer.
She is survived by: her daughter Mona Hughes (Robert); her grandchildren, Will Hughes (Miranda) and Sally Hughes; and her great grandchild Logan Wade Hughes of Little Rock. She is also survived by nephew and two nieces.
