He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Parsley and Irene Parsley (Foley); his former wife Sharon Kay Parsley; and his brother Donis Parsley. He is survived by: his wife Tamra Parsley; his daughter Bridgett Huff of Newark, Arkansas; his siblings, Darrell Parsley (Shirley) of Poughkeepsie, Dean Parsley (Jone) of Poughkeepsie, Arkansas and Linda Morgan (Jerry) of El Dorado, Arkansas; his stepchildren, Eli Powers (Lindsey) of Yellville, Arkansas and Michelle Young (Joe) of Batesville, Arkansas; his granddaughter Gracie Lauren Huff; and his stepgrandchildren, Kolby Young, Kaleb Young, Glory Young and Nolan Powers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ruddell Hill Baptist Church Building Fund or the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
