He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Woods and Gustoval Woods (Edgin); his son Lloyd Gilbert Woods, Jr.; and his siblings, Wesley, Robert Woods, Anna Morgan, Martha Morgan and Betty Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Maxine Arnold; his daughter Kimberly Dawn Lewellen (Chris); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Ashley, Kylee Arnold, Colton and Jagger Woods; his goddaughter Shannon Parker; his siblings, Johnny, Dale Woods, Della Fortner, Elsie Loos, Lind McMinn and Sue French; and his daughter-in-law Rhonda Benton. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
