He is survived by: his son Ronny; his wife Mildred Lindsey (Cruthis); his children, Rhonda Lindsey of Cord and Ricky Floyd of Russellville; his grandchildren, Courtney (Aaron Turner), Cassie (T. J. Burk), Savannah Floyd of Russellville, Jared (Katie Floyd) and Bailey (Treyton Anderson); and his great grandchildren, Ryley Turner of Cord, Adysen Turner of Cord and Kaylin Burk of Jessieville.
