He is survived by: his wife Connie Smith Clark; his children, Scott Clark of Batesville and Shanda Wood (Jimmy) of Charlotte; his adoptive daughter Cindy Paarman of Cushman; his sister Loretta Chapman of Nevada; and his grandchildren, Brody Cark (Peyton), Makenna Clark, Kylee Wood and Kloee Wood. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
