He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Roscoe Davis and Eula Mae Davis (Daniels); his wife Cathy Showalter Davis; and his sister Coralie Wimpy. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Showalter (Michelle) of Batesville and John Showalter (Debbie) of Nashville, Tennessee; his brother James R. Davis of Conway, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Thomas Showalter (Nichole), Matthew Showalter (Ashley) and Spencer Showalter (Bethany). He is also survived by one great-grandson, four great-granddaughters and many nieces, nephews and friends.
