He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Apple and Lois Apple; and his sister Londa Lue. He is survived by: his wife Diane Apple; his sons, Brad Apple (Charlotte) and Brandon Apple (Kaci) of Batesville; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Apple, Adalyn Apple and Magnolia Apple. He is also survived by his sons, grandson, and granddaughters.
