She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Swaim and Margie Swaim; her husband Gerald Screws; and her siblings, Jack Swaim, Earl Swaim, Edra Keller and Ernie Pickering.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Screws of Batesville, Danny Screws of Batesville and Lynia King of Kensett; her grandchildren, Rhonda Passmore and Ashley Vaden; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Vaden and Carson Benskin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
