He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Parks and Anna Parks; and his siblings, Anthony Parks and Louise Lewis. He is survived by: his son Joseph S. Parks Jr. (Nicole); his grandson Jackson Clay Parks; his wife Holly Parks; and his siblings, Thomas Parks (Wanda), Theodore Parks, Jackie Hinderks (Gary) and Betsy Scott (Harold).
