He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest C. Campbell and Belva Hastings Campbell; and his sisters, Freda Thomas, Cleva Carter, Wanda Roach and Nina Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Campbell; his daughter Sherry Campbell Perkins (Frank) of Elkins; his granddaughter Dianna Perkins Luttrell (Chris) of Springdale; his great grandchild Brookelynn Luttrell of Springdale; and his siblings, J. A. Campbell of Sandtown, Bob Campbell (Dana) of Sandtown, Gary Campbell (Charlotte) of Mount Pleasant and Earnestine Campbell of Sandtown. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
