She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvie Sample and Helen Jane Hays; and her grandchild Bronson Scott. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Lewis (Chris) of Salado and Tammy Hayes (Sonny) of Salado. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
