It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Broadwater Brown of Batesville, Arkansas, who passed away on January 25, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Janet Broadwater had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Janet Broadwater may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Broadwater and Margaret Broadwater. She is survived by: her husband Robert Allen Brown; her daughter Candice Swaim (Shane); her grandchildren, Trent and Carlee Swaim; and her siblings, Diane Arnold (Tom), Linda Wade, Karen Lambert (Barry) and Dennis Broadwater (Tracy) of Batesville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oaklawn Cemetery (201 Hospital Cir, Batesville, AR 72501).
