He is survived by: his wife Rita Chapman Lee; his children, Jamie Bledsoe (Tena) of Batesville, Arkansas, Leslie West (Adam) of Southside, Ambra Cooper (Norma) of Batesville and Chandra Lewis (Tyler) of Cabot, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Lacey Crawford (Andy), Hayden Barnes (Joe), Emma McBride (Jayton), Denise Douglas (Hunter), Chris Bledsoe (Erica), Jeremy Bledsoe (April), Rilee McBride, Emily Lewis, Gabe Bledsoe, Layla Lewis, Autry West, Landon Lewis and Kayden Cooper; and his great grandchildren, Emmett Johnson, Joseph Barnes, Levingston Crawford and Whitman Crawford.
