She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Henries and Lina Henries; her sister Barbara Koen; her former husband Kenneth Pate; her stepdaughter Teresa Clements; and her granddaughter Avery Norman.
She is survived by: her husband John Clements; her daughters, Terry Norman and Jeannie Clements; her stepdaughter Bobbie Arndt; and her grandchildren, Audrey Morris (Ben) and Robert Norman (Krista). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
