With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ila Hinson Rasmussen (Batesville, Arkansas), who passed away on October 27, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Hinson and Dollie Kent Hinson; her son Douglas Rasmussen; her siblings, Cloyce Bryan, John Hinson and Sonny Hinson; her son-in-law Juan Johnson; and her pet Hossie.
She is survived by: her children, Helen Sneed of Milwaukee, WI, Howard Sneed of Fresno, CA and Lisa Johnson; her grandson Jason Scherr (Crystal) of Milwaukee, WI; her great grandchild Jacob Scherr of Milwaukee, WI; her sister Barbara Smith of Cowata, OK; and her pet Jumper. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Batesville, 610 E. Main St., Batesville, AR 72501.
