She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel "Sam" Coombs Cooke; and her sister Della Mae Dortch. She is survived by: her children, Becky (Anthony Falkowski), Sam, Rita Cooke (Batesville), John, Cindy Cooke (Batesville), Mary and Chris Boushelle (Fayetteville); her grandchildren, Emily (Mike McGetrick), Jeff, Bethany Halpern (Crownsville, MD), Ryan (Steph Halpern), Allison Cooke (Little Rock), Samuel, Lindsey Cooke (Fayetteville), Alex, Sara Cooke (Vilonia), David, Melanie Cooke (Dover), Jay (Tana Boushelle), John Boushelle of Broomfield, CO, Katherine Boushelle (Fayetteville), Rebecca Boushelle of Hinesville, GA, Preston, Hannah Caldwell (Batesville), Alexandra, Ben Benton and Alyssa Chunn; and her great grandchildren, Kyle, Collin, Kensington Halpern, Ellie, Addie Halpern, Dunkin, Charlotte, Lucy Wilkes, Griffin, Weston Cooke, Tucker, Tanner Cooke, Rae and Isaac Cooke.
