She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Sandy and Leola B. Sandy (Bunn); her husband Henry Matlock; her son Glenn Brand; and her siblings, Joel Sandy, Eugene Sandy, Esther Abbott, Ethelene Finstead, Evelyn Williams and Linda Matlock.
She is survived by: her son Jimmy Paul Brand of Batesville; her brother Rev. James Sandy (Patricia) of Southaven, Mississippi; and her grandchildren, Christina, Alicia, Tiffany, Jessica, Jonathan, Stephanie, Melissa and Christy. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
