It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Ann Parman of Batesville, Arkansas, born in Natchitoches, Louisiana, who passed away on January 1, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence O'Quinn and S. P. Doche Walker O'Quinn; and her husband Robert Ray "Bob" Parman. She is survived by: her son Dr. Mark Robert; her daughter-in-law Mary Parman of Centennial, Colorado; her daughter Melissa Ann; her son-in-law Gene Tulberg of Batesville; her grandchildren, David Parman, Jennifer Tulberg, Jason Tulberg (Hailey) and Brett Parman (Candi); and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Isaiah, Ezekiel and Eliora Parman.
