With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fern Keller Franks (Batesville, Arkansas), who passed away on January 3, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Junious V. Keller and Dorothy Keller (Foster); her husband Robert Franks; her son Darryl Franks; and her granddaughter Sara Haley.
She is survived by: her children, Thurston McKown (Kathy), Corrine Tate (Chester) and Crystal Miller (Casey); her grandchildren, Patty Diaz, Jennifer McKown, John McKown, Tammy Tate, Amanda Holder, Samantha Davis, Caden Miller and Caley Miller; and her brother Ferris Keller (Linda). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
