He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Ott" Garrett and Elizabeth Garrett (Johnson); and his brother Billy Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his daughter Lacey Wilson (Garrett); his son-in-law Matt Wilson of Sulphur Rock; his sister Judy Fraser; his brother-in-law Mark Fraser of Desha; his brother Rick Garrett; his siblings-in-law, Paula Garrett of Mt. Pleasant and Greg Byler (Leslie Harris) of Desha; and his daughter Elizabeth. He is also survived by nephew and several nieces.
