He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Gardner and Clara Meredith Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Gardner; his stepson Jason Davis of Tulsa, OK; his daughters, Kelly Olson (Chris) of Austin, TX and Amy Gardner (Paul) of San Jose, CA; his grandsons, Ben and Matt Schaffer; and his nieces, Jordyn Kirby and Lillian Filsinger (Ken Craft).
