He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Stoner and Lula Bell Mitchell Stoner. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Satterfield Stoner; and his children, Tim Stoner (Ronda) of Newport, Marcus Stoner (Nancy) of Batesville and Tana Mills (Allen) of Conway. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
