He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwain Edwards, Sr. and Opal Hergenritter Edwards; his former wife Ruby Gibbons Edwards; and his wife Shirley Edwards. He is survived by: his daughter Patty Duncan (Keith) of Jonesboro; his stepchildren, Josh Scott of Searcy and Rachel Johnson of Cave City; his sisters, Barbara Grissom (Danny) of Pfeiffer, Donna Heitt (John) of Batesville and Priscilla Gordon (Dennis) of Edgemont; his grandchildren, Dallas Hess (Corine) and Hannah Garrett (Colton); and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Parker, Dustin, Hayven, Collyns and Jensen.
