She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Sparks and Bertha Petree Sparks; her husband Joe Russell; her daughter Mary Rebecca Russell; and her sister Betty Hensley.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy Russell (Sarah) of Kingsport, Tennessee, Bobbi Russell Brown (Bob) of Cushman and Dottie Rea (Len) of Vilonia; her grandchildren, Stephanie Magness (Eric Nast), Mac Tovey, Amanda Woody (Austin), Corey Rea (Heather), Thomas Russell and William Russell; her great grandchildren, Chase Magness, Miles Magness, Solomon Nast, Eva Tovey, McKenzie Woody and Haylee Zakrzewski; and her great great grandchildren, Laney Magness and Hudson Magness. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
