He is survived by: his daughters, Jenny Ferguson Yeadon of Scott City and Jaime Ferguson Pugh (Guy) of Beaver, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Emmett Neeley, Billy Neeley and Mary Ann Herman. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
