It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Lynn Carter of Batesville, Arkansas, born in Stephenville, Newfoundland, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her stepmother Betty Wilroy; her children, Austin Carter (Lynsie Hice) and Alisha Carter Hightower (Donnie); her siblings, Russell Cochran, Barbara Guba (Thomas), Evelyn-Jane Wilroy (Don Bise) and Brook Wilroy Taylor (Jason); and her grandchildren, Hunter Baker and Hayli Hightower. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
