He was predeceased by: his parents, David Holt and Ina Ray Holt (Scott); and his wife Judy Holt. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Holt of Jonesboro, Ben Holt of Kansas, Shane Holt of Kansas and Cody Holt of Kansas; and his brother Carl Holt (Bethel) of Batesville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
