He was predeceased by: his parents, Enis Clyde Smith and Nancy Lee Mitchell (Ford); and his brothers-in-law, Lavern Clark and Danny Moser. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Ann Smith (Moser); his children, Jonathan Smith (Brandi) of Cushman and Jessica Smith of Mt Pleasant; his sisters, Christine Shaw (Ernest) of Mt Pleasant, Connie Clark of Batesville, Lanelle Love (Ronnie) of Mt Pleasant and Louise Cook (Terry) of Needmore; and his grandson Wyatt Wade.
