She was predeceased by: her grandmother Rodgers Brokaw; her husband Ernie; her mother Cricket; and her siblings, Charles Brokaw, Juanita, Elfreida, Billie Brokaw, Naomi Rohrscheib, Betty Harris White and Earlene Burrow White.

She is survived by: her siblings, Ira G. Brokaw, Jean Bynum of Batesville and Bernice Mingues of Cushman; and her children, Mac Brokaw and Bernita James. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
